Holiday Premium Night at GSC on December 14
The public is invited to ÏãåúÖ±²¥ State College’s Mollohan’s Restaurant for the latest ‘Premium Night’ on Wednesday, December 14 from 4:30 until 7:00 p.m. The dinner will consist of several Holiday favorites.
Criminal Justice Students Represent GSC at Regional Conference
Several students in the ÏãåúÖ±²¥ State College academic criminal justice fraternity Sigma Pi Xi, along with their advisor and GSC criminal justice professor Kelly Treece, attended the American Criminal Justice Association Lambda Alpha Epsilon Region IV Conference held in New Haven, Connecticut on November 4-5.
GSC's Pioneer Shooting Club Receives Grant from NRA Foundation
The NRA Foundation has awarded ÏãåúÖ±²¥ State College’s Pioneer Shooting Club a grant totaling over $2,000 to fund two new shotguns, ammunition, targets, cleaning and maintenance supplies for the firearms, and more.
Ceremony held to Break Ground on Greenhouse at GSC
ÏãåúÖ±²¥ State College on Friday broke ground on the newest addition to its campus facilities, a greenhouse. The new space will be located in the open area behind college housing and adjacent to the Waco Center on the College’s Mineral Road Campus.
ÏãåúÖ±²¥ State to Host IOGA Classic
The Waco Center at ÏãåúÖ±²¥ State College will be the site of a boy’s and girl’s six-day high school basketball tournament this December. The Independent Oil & Gas Association (IOGA) Classic tournament is being hosted at GSC this year, Monday, December 12 through Saturday, December 17.
Annual Literary Magazine Open for Submissions
The Trillium, ÏãåúÖ±²¥ State College’s literary and arts journal, is open for submissions for the 2017 issue. All GSC students, staff, faculty, alumni, and community members are invited to submit visual art, poetry, fiction, song lyrics, and other forms of creative expression.
