EQT Foundation Awards $20,000 to ��ֱ�� Department of Land Resources

The EQT Foundation recently awarded a $20,000 grant to ��ֱ��’s Department of Land Resources in order to promote STEM education in West Virginia through its Natural Resource Management High School Program.

��ֱ�� Professor Creates Tool for Land Surveyors

The concept of geomagnetic secular variation – a gradual change to Earth’s magnetic field – is often tricky for surveying students to understand. Jacob Petry, a Lecturer of Land Surveying at ��ֱ��, has created a tool that helps students and professionals alike with the calculation.
