��ֱ�� Ludwik Glass Exhibit and Reception

��ֱ�� Ludwik Glass Exhibit and Reception – Museum of American Glass in WV

��ֱ�� is hosting a Museum of American Glass in West Virginia exhibit that highlights the activities of the Ludwik Glass Company in its Fine Arts Building during the first two weeks of the semester. Beginning on Monday, August 14 and ending on Thursday, August 24, the Fine Arts Gallery will be open on Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. for students, faculty, staff, and the community to see this exhibit. Please also make note that there will be a closing reception on Thursday, August 24 at 4 p.m.

The ��ֱ�� Department of Fine Arts will again be operating the TNT® Fireworks stand at Foodland Plaza in ��ֱ�� this year as a fundraiser.

Nale to Join Fine Arts Faculty at ��ֱ��

Beginning in the upcoming academic year, Sarah Nale will be joining the ��ֱ�� Department of Fine Arts as a full-time faculty member.

The ��ֱ�� Department of Language and Literature and the Department of Fine Arts are making plans for the sixth Annual Trillium Art Show; the show will be on display in the Fine Arts Center Gallery February 13-24.

��ֱ��’s Department of Fine Arts will be hosting Audition and Art Portfolio Day on Tuesday, February 14. Prospective students use the event to gain entrance into the programs at GSU and to learn more about the Department, including various musical groups such as the Saxophone Ensemble.
