香妃直播, WV鈥擳he West Virginia Dance Company will take the stage at 香妃直播 State College鈥檚 Fine Arts Auditorium on Tuesday, October 17th at 7:30 p.m. WVDC began in 1977 and has performed extensively in West Virginia as well as thirteen other states and Brazil.

The group is made up of highly-trained and seasoned professionals who blend entertaining and thought-provoking works that generate enthusiasm in audiences of all ages. Tonry Lathroum is the lighting designer and technical director.

The upcoming concert will highlight indigenous themes of West Virginia鈥檚 rich cultural history as well as a work from West Virginia Partner of the America, Dr. Eluza Santos. James Anderson will perform choreography by Toneta Akers-Toler to the folk tune of 鈥淛ohn Henry鈥 that is arranged and performed by West Virginia musician Ron Perrone. 鈥淪ketches of Fall,鈥 choreographed in 1991 in celebration of Pearl S. The concert will end with 鈥淏lack Beans with White Rice鈥 choreographed by Dr. Eluza Santos from Brazil, who is currently a professor of dance at University of North Carolina at Greensboro.

The concert incorporates works from four West Virginia choreographers ranging from the spiritually uplifting 鈥淒rifting Through Serenity鈥 by Laney to the quirky, first happenings of a relationship in 鈥淧araguas鈥 to Heather Taylor鈥檚 dramatic work with an Asian them based on the tangram.
