GLENVILLE, WV أ¢آ€آ“ Staff members in دمهْض±²¥ State College's Fitness Center are again organizing the annual 5K Walk/Run and 'Fastest Kid in Town' contests. The 5K Walk/Run will begin at 8:00 a.m. and the Fastest Kid in Town contest will start at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday, June 21st.  Both events will start in downtown دمهْض±²¥, West Virginia (Gilmer County) during the annual West Virginia State Folk Festival, which takes place Thursday, June 19th through Sunday, June 22nd.

Early registration fees for each event are $15. Fees for registration after June 7th are $20. Participants can still register on the morning of June 21st beginning at 7:00 a.m. on Main Street in دمهْض±²¥ just outside the United Bank. The Fastest Kid in Town contest is for children up to ten years old. Everyone who pre-registers will receive a t-shirt. Prizes will be awarded for top finishers and age groups.
